Epl Talk
When Arsenal beat Barca a lot of you Epl fans were happy for them and now you are bashing them?
I’m not a big Arsenal fan, because I think they need more Brits on the team. But at least I don’t talk good about them one day then bash them the next.
We don’t have many English players because we had a massive debt from building the Emirates Stadium…
English players are expensive and usually overrated… and have shite off-field behaviour
Wenger had to pay off a 300 mill debt WHILE:
- Remaining Top 4
- Juggling the PL, CL, FA Cup and CC
- Have very little money to spend on players
And he STILL reached 3 Finals in the last 5 years… all that is hard to do so can you really blame him for not winning anything in the past 5 years?
He HAD to keep us Top 4… otherwise we’d have crashed and burned cos we needed the money
Our Youth Academy is FULL of English players… London lads too
And they’re all going to be promoted to the First Team in a few years time… the difference is that they’re taught how to play proper continental Football and not just hoof it out of play like the English NT does…
We’re actually helping the English NT… did you know Barca tried poaching Benik Afobe and Chuks Aneke last Summer? (Both are English and are 16ish… they were born in London. If BARCA wanted to poach them… then we must be doing SOMETHING right? How many English youths do you see Barca wanting?)
