International Soccer
What do international Soccer (Football) players wear during practice or when they are not in the game?
I am new to soccer, but have gotten into it. I was just wondering….my High School Soccer team wears something similar to a track jacket…
International players like professional players in
the USA wear warmups or pregame jerseys
so as not to get their game jerseys full of perspiration.
A wet jersey is like wearing a plastic bag in the heat.
When it is cold and the players aren’t moving
aggressively, warmups keep the muscles warm.
Cold muscles cramp a lot easier than warm muscles.
My teams always warmed up in White t-shirts and
warmup suits varying in cloth construction.
From Nylon Gortex vented suits to Fleece or
cotton blends with a lining.
